Smokin' Flavours planks 2 pieces - Cedar or Cherry wood

- Cedar planks 2 pieces 30x15cm – Typical sweet, woody cedar flavour.
These 100% natural cedar planks are made from trees in Canadian forests. Cedar is everywhere, but the best quality comes from North America and Canada with the typical sweet, woody cedar scent.

- Cherry wood planks 2 pieces 30×12.5 cm – Fruity, sweet tone with a light sourness. Works well with a salmon steak and smoking fish, but also think of a nice piece of meat or smoking vegetables!

Place your product to be smoked on the plank and place it on the grill in your BBQ. Direct heat is blocked, the delicious taste and smell of cedar wood penetrates your dish. Are you using a metal BBQ? Then soak the plank in water for at least 30 minutes in advance. This is not necessary with a ceramic BBQ.
Best used with a salmon steak and smoking fish, but also consider smoking a nice piece of meat or vegetables!
