The new Pitmaster Oak Birch Hornbeam is a mix of different European wood species, oak, birch and hornbeam. This is composed of larger charcoal chunks with a high carbon content.

The charcoal is very suitable for using a closed barbecue such as a kamado. Due to the large charcoal selection, the air flow in the barbecue can be easily regulated and the temperature can easily be changed. But charcoal can also be used in an open grill because you can easily reach high temperatures.
