A delicious spice mix for Chimichurri sauce: the typical South American barbecue sauce and marinade that goes perfectly with steak, but also for vegetables, grilled cheese, fish and poultry. Simply let 1 tablespoon of chimichurri swell briefly with 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water and then mix with 3 tablespoons of good olive oil and 1 tablespoon of red wine or red wine vinegar.

The BBQ Rubs were developed by world grilling champion Marco Greulich. Marco has put a lot of experience, fun and passion into the development of these unique & rocking BBQ rubs. All herbal rubs are made in Germany, of high quality, without additives, vegan and gluten-free.
