Sourced from selected natural wood from almond trees. The smoking chips have a strong smoky flavor and give your food a typical, mild and fine nutty flavor.
Grain size: 2 to 3 cm.
It is best to use the smoking chips by first soaking them in fresh water for 30 minutes. Then wrap them in aluminum foil and leave both ends open. You can also wrap them completely and pierce the foil several times with a knife. Then place the aluminum-wrapped package on the hot charcoal and let the smoking begin!
